Klosed vs. Fello and Felix: Database Intelligence, or a Conversation
Fello enriches your database and Felix works it across text, calls, and email on a monthly plan. Klosed texts every dormant contact in the agent's voice for a dollar a lead, once. Pricing, math, and who each one is for.
Fello and Klosed both exist because real estate databases are full of people nobody has talked to in years. They go after that problem from opposite ends, and the pricing models are as different as the products. This page lays both out so you can pick, or run both.
Everything here about Fello comes from their public pricing page and their Felix product page as of September 2026. If they change it, tell me and I’ll update this.
What each one is
Fello is a database intelligence platform. You connect your CRM, Fello matches each contact to a property, layers on tax, mortgage, and equity data, scores who is likely to sell, and runs always-on marketing: home value pages, email, postcards, landing pages. It is built to find sellers inside a database you already have.
Felix is Fello’s AI teammate, sold as an add-on to any Fello plan. It calls, texts, and emails contacts on its own, remembers the conversation across channels, and hands warm ones to your team. Fello’s pitch is “Fello finds it, Felix works it.” Felix acts on what Fello’s data surfaces.
Klosed does one thing. It goes through every dormant contact in the database, texts them from a number in the agent’s name and in the agent’s own voice, holds the conversation, and hands back the ones who say they’re ready to buy or sell. It does not enrich, score, or send mail. It needs a name and a phone number.
Pricing
Fello publishes three plans, all billed annually:
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Contacts included | Extra contacts | Copilot seats |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $415 | $4,980 | 3,000 | $50 per 1,000 per month | 3 |
| Scale | $665 | $7,980 | 10,000 | $50 per 1,000 per month | 10 |
| Enterprise | $1,667 | $20,004 | 40,000 | custom | 20 |
Additional users are $50 per month each on Growth and Scale. Onboarding is a one-time fee on every plan. Felix is not priced on the page; it is “Talk to Sales” on top of whichever plan you’re on.
Klosed is $1 per reachable lead, charged once at upload. Reachable means the number survived the do-not-call scrub, the reassigned-number check, and the carrier line-type check. There is no monthly fee, no per-seat fee, no onboarding fee, and no commission on anything that closes. Quiet leads get re-worked on a cadence for as long as you’re a customer at no additional charge.
The math at three database sizes
Assume 80 percent of a database survives the scrub, which is typical for a CRM export that has been maintained. Fello figures are the base plan only; Felix would be on top.
Every figure below is what you pay in that year, not a running total.
3,000 contacts
| Year 1 | Year 2 | Year 3 | 3-year total | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fello Growth | $4,980 | $4,980 | $4,980 | $14,940 |
| Klosed | $2,400 | $0 | $0 | $2,400 |
10,000 contacts
| Year 1 | Year 2 | Year 3 | 3-year total | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fello Scale | $7,980 | $7,980 | $7,980 | $23,940 |
| Klosed | $8,000 | $0 | $0 | $8,000 |
40,000 contacts
| Year 1 | Year 2 | Year 3 | 3-year total | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fello Enterprise | $20,004 | $20,004 | $20,004 | $60,012 |
| Klosed | $32,000 | $0 | $0 | $32,000 |
Read it honestly. At 40,000 contacts Fello costs less in year one, $20,004 against a one time $32,000, and it is still behind on cumulative spend when year one ends. It catches up during year two: at $1,667 a month, Fello’s running total passes $32,000 in month 20. From there Klosed charges nothing ever again while Fello bills another $20,004 every year, so three years is $60,012 against $32,000.
At 10,000 contacts year one is a wash, $7,980 against $8,000, and year two is where it stops being one. At 3,000 contacts, which is most solo agents and small teams, Klosed is half the price in year one and about a sixth of the three year total.
Add Felix and every Fello column goes up by an amount they don’t publish.
What Fello does that Klosed doesn’t
This list is long on purpose. If you need these, Fello is the right tool and Klosed is not a substitute.

Fello is a marketing and intelligence layer. Klosed is a conversation.
What Klosed does that Fello doesn’t
Shorter list, and it’s the whole reason Klosed exists.
It works the contacts Fello can’t score. Fello’s engine starts by matching a contact to a property. Fello has said publicly that most contacts arrive without an address on day one. Their address enrichment recovers some of that. The rest, and every buyer who doesn’t own a home yet, every renter, every inquiry that never had a property behind it, sits outside the scoring model. Felix reaches out when a signal fires; with no property there is no signal. Klosed texts them anyway, because the reply is the signal.
It speaks as each agent. Felix is one assistant for the team. Klosed sends from a number in the individual agent’s name, in that agent’s tone, and hands the conversation back to that agent. At a brokerage where agents own their books, that’s the difference between a tool agents will use and one they’ll refuse.
It answers “how did you get my number” from the real source. When a lead asks, Klosed answers from the source field on their record. If the field is blank, it says the agent will follow up personally and stops. That’s a compliance posture, and it’s the one a brokerage’s lawyer will ask about.
It costs a dollar, once. No annual contract, no seat count, no renewal.
The numbers each side publishes
Fello’s Felix page cites one team over 90 days: 22,052 calls made, 3,622 real conversations started, 543 handoffs, 77 appointments set. That works out to about 2.5 handoffs per 100 calls and about 14 appointments per 100 handoffs. Those are Fello’s figures for a team running Felix at full tilt across calls, texts, and email.
Klosed publishes two numbers and only two. About 9% of a dormant list replies. That counts every reply, including the people telling us they already sold, that it is the wrong number, or to stop. About 1 in 90 of the leads we can actually reach turns into a qualified conversation, meaning someone who replies, answers questions about what they are looking for, and gets handed to you.
Both of those are measured across every account, not a showcase one. We publish no closing figures at all, and will not until there is a body of them worth quoting.
The two sets aren’t directly comparable. Fello’s are per call across three channels on a scored list. Klosed’s are per reachable lead, text only, on the whole dormant pile including the unscored contacts. If you want to compare them on your own database, the honest way is a head-to-head: same size segment, thirty days, count handoffs.
Who should use which
Use Fello if you’re a team or brokerage with a large owner-heavy database, you want seller signals and home value marketing, and $400 to $1,700 a month plus Felix is a line item you don’t feel.
Use Klosed if you’re a solo agent or small team, your database is buyer-heavy or unscored, or you want the old list worked without signing an annual contract.
Use both if you’re already on Fello and the contacts Fello can’t score are sitting untouched. That’s most of a buyer-side database. Klosed runs alongside without touching anything Fello is working.
Trying Klosed
Connect Follow Up Boss or upload a CSV. You see the reachable count and the cost before anything is charged, and nothing sends until you launch. If you’re on Fello, export the contacts with no property match and start there.
